TOWBARS

David Murphy Towing Brackets Ltd stocks a comprehensive range of towbars from some of Europe’s leading towbar manufacturers, including,  Thule/Brink, Witter, Westfalia and PCT.

David Murphy Towing is the main distributor of Thule/Brink towbars in Northern Ireland.

All Towbars are fitted with a single electrical socket for tail lights, brake lights and indicators. An optional second (12s supplementary) socket can be fitted for caravan towing. This sends a charge to the auxiliary battery and provides power to the internal caravan electrics. We also fit 13pin single socket electrics that incorporate all the 12n and 12s functions.

Towbars available are:

Fixed Flange Ball (Bolt-On-Ball)

Advantages: Can be used with towball mounting accessories such as bumper protection plates, stabilising units, chrome flippers and cycle carrier leaving the ball free to tow at the same time.

Swan Neck

Advantages: Can be used with Alko stabilisers, looks discreet and is compatible with most factory fitted parking sensors.

Detachable

Advantages: Neck can be detached from the car leaving very little or, in most cases, none of the towbar visible.   

David Murphy Towing produces their own range of commercial towbars for vans, lorries, trucks and motor homes.

All towbars can be collected, delivered via courier or fitted in house in our NTTA quality secured workshop.
